At the time of booking, guests will be asked to prepay for their stay, and a 24-hour cancellation policy will apply.
If guests require a specific room type (for example twin or accessible), this must be requested at the time of booking. Otherwise, rooms will be allocated on a run-of-house basis, and we cannot guarantee specific room types at check-in.
